SUMMARY:The Art of Improvisation - June 2 Ecstatic Dance Session
DESCRIPTION:Explore Ecstatic Dance Session – Thurs. June 2 from 6:30-7:30 pm \nTHEME: The Art of Improvisation: tuning in\, uncovering patterns\, and expanding the potential of movement in the moment \nFacilitated by Twyla Kowalenko \nWhether you’ve been practicing ecstatic dance for years or don’t even know what the term means\, this session is open to YOU! \nIn this all-level workshop\, we will be exploring movement improvisation by practicing tuning into the moment and our bodies and following impulses internally and externally.
