DESCRIPTION:#COVID19 update \nDear Friends\, \nWe have been monitoring the news of coronavirus (COVID‐19) carefully. Hearing the World Health Organization announcement of a global pandemic and the cancellation of many local public events has caused us to take pause and reflect on how we want to handle this situation proactively. \nWe are cancelling the Move this Friday\, March 13\, 2020.  \nIt is in honouring our mission to hold the health and well‐being of everyone that we have decided to pause our dance at Dovercourt House this week. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and make a decision about next week’s event soon. \nWe are still here for you. Our dance practices are needed more now than ever. Though our dance at Dovercourt House will be on pause this week\, we will still be accessible via email and on Facebook. Feel free to reach out to us via email or Facebook Messenger. Stay tuned tomorrow for a link to an ecstatic dance set prepared for you with love by DJ Michael P. \nStay informed via Facebook and our website\, where we will give you periodic updates and inform you of any changes. Potlucks are cancelled indefinitely. \nWe look forward to dancing with you again soon\, and hope you find space to dance on your own. We realize that this is a difficult and unpredictable time\, one that calls for all hearts on deck. While this wasn’t an easy decision to make\, it was the only decision that prioritized you\, our beloved dance community and our facilitators. Your well‐being is of utmost importance to us.
