RAP Sessions (Reflect and Process)

Purpose:
– support the deepening of our dance practices

How:
– reflect and share about our dance practices
– learn about and be inspired by other`s dance practices
– celebrate growth and acknowledge challenges
– tap into our resourcefulness for addressing challenges

What:
– pairs, trios and full group sharing facilitated by Henry Wai

When:
– 3rd Friday of every month – 9:30-10:15pm

Who:
– drop-in for Move dancers at no cost
